Invoice & Confirmation
Once your course application form is received, we will send you an invoice with payment details. Please be sure to review your invoice for accuracy.
Send Your Payment
Paying by cheque
Please make all cheque payable to " AmericaPrep Ltd. ". You may either send it by post or visit our office to pay in person.
Paying in cash
Cash payments can only be made in person only. Please try to bring the exact amount as we cannot guarantee to be able to provide change.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
AmericaPrep operates a "first-come, first-serve" and confirmation-by-payment policy in confirming bookings and reserves the right to release any reserved timeslots that have only been verbally confirmed.
Students are required to confirm prep sessions for the entire month and are encouraged to attend all confirmed sessions in order to keep up with the teaching progress and retain their regular reserved schedules. If a student has to misses more than 2 sessions of a regular monthly schedule, the reserved timeslot may be released.
AmericaPrep does not offer refunds for missed classes but a makeup session is allowed subjected to the following conditions:
Cancellation Policy for 1-on-1 private tutoring and private tutoring groups
Cancellation MUST be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. AmericaPrep will not offer refunds to sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled time except for medical emergency (a doctor's note is required).
The makeup session cannot be rescheduled once confirm. Students who miss the makeup session will forfeit the fees for that session.
